Pirates of the Caribbean - The Curse of the Black Pearl

"I originally went to see this movie with my friend soley for the purpose of gawking at Orlando Bloom. I actually hated the 'Pirates of the Caribbean' ride at Disney Land, because my parents forced me to go on it numerous times-and singing pirates just really aren't my thing. But after seeing this movie, I am now just another one of the millions of fans who are obsessed with Johnny Depp. He is irresistible as Jack Sparrow and plays him perfectly. Every one in the theater loved him. And who could blame them? If you haven't seen this movie yet, you don't know what you're missing. Orlando Bloom and Johnny Depp make the perfect pirate pair. This is the best movie I've seen for awhile, its full of laughs and action, plus it's a Disney-so everyone can enjoy it."

"This is hands down one of the greatest examples of what High Def can deliver. If you have trouble playing it update your firmware as I did and there should be no worries."

"What else can i say? the topic says it all. disney does it right with this blu-ray release. the picture is amazing, the sound is incredible, the tons of bonus features abound! if your waiting to see who wins this war - you are missing out. get a blu-ray player, buy these discs and hold on to your senses! hd-dvd can't even come close! thank you amazon for a super fast delivery. thank you disney for doing it right! maybe other studios can learn from you! thank you bd consortium for an epic format! now, i must go watch this again!"

Pirates of the Caribbean - At World's End

"While the first pirates was amazing and caught the eye of many many people the second one in most peoples eyes was a dissapointment. However, it is always hard to make a great sequel. However in hindsight, after watching the 3rd pirates it makes the second much better because the 3rd one will explain many things that left us questioning things in the 2nd pirates. That'd being said i can't wait to pick this up on blu-ray"

"This film in Blu Ray format is a must have for any Hi def fan. The transfer & detail is fantastic. The only word of advice is make sure your player has the latest firmware update or it won't play. Buy it !!!"

"Disney's Pirates Blu-Ray disks are probably the best HD video you can buy. I bought both of the movies on Blu-Ray and found that they look better than any other Blu-Ray disk in my collection. These movies are beautiful. The audio quality is top notch and have tons of special features and behind the scenes footage. If you have a Blu-Ray player you have to buy these... I am very impressed with Disney Blu-Ray. "
