"This movie is not as half as bad as i tought the acting was decent, but for the most part i didn`t like the kids..gosh!!!!
they tought they were being funny but no they just got annoying
to the point i just wanted to slap somebody, but thats not all
they looked annoying, the little boy wasn`t that bad,but the big talker girl was,and she actually had lips bigger than her mouth(lol).and the ending,it was just so fake!!!!!!!for this one i will just say if you have patience risk it,if you dont, dont bother."
"If you enjoyed the first Friday, then you will find this one a complete waste of time. They've run out of material. There is no plot. No direction. No comedy! Who are these people giving this piece of junk 3/4/5 stars? I'm hoping you, the reader of this, has better taste. Life is short, don't waste it on this film!"
"The kids behavior makes you think what a sad state of affairs parenting has become in this age of having to work, single parenting, etc. If you can get past the snotty behavior the children have and lack of respect they have for anything that doesn't benefit them well, good. The film tries to soften it by explaining their father has been absent and thus this excuses their actions, well I don't know. For me it was an uneasy way to view a movie. "
"Friday After Next is a big improvement over the previous one, Next Friday, but nothing special compared to the original.I thought that the guy who played the burglar dressed up as Santa Claus was funny, 'Where's the milk and cookies.'Unfortunately, there's no Smokey or Deebo in this movie (I didn't think that Deebo was as good on Next Friday as he was in the original). This movie needs more attention than what it gets so do yourselves a favor, if you got $7.50 to spare, go watch this movie and don't listen to the negative reviews cause it is a good movie, if you cannot afford to see a movie at the theater, at least go rent it."
"I won tickets to see this movie a week early and saw it Monday. I can't tell you how disappointed I was. They tell you never look a gift horse in the mouth, but give me a break! This has to be one of the lamest movies I have ever seen. There is no logic to any of the story, the acting is subpar, the effects include a lot of fake-watery blood and some fake heads. If by writing this review I can stop at least one person from giving this movie even one cent, then I'll feel better. Do NOT see this movie."
"Higher Learning is a thinly veiled attempt to inject the audience with Singleton's opinions and values. From the first frame to the last, it feels more like a preachy ABC Afternoon Special than a feature film. Despite the slick veneer of a fine cast, Singleton once again reveals himself to be the main attraction, an angry director trying to promote his bitter social agenda. Without a doubt, HL pales in comparison to his first movie, 'Boyz n the Hood'."
