30 Rock - Season 1 "This show only got better and better after a shaky start, incl. tepid reviews of Tina Fey's acting. But she found her feet and the ensemble cast (including Alec Baldwin - who knew he could play funny?, Tracy Morgan - finally breaking out from SNL second-string status to be a real standout, and Jack McBrayer - the real sleeper of the bunch, as Kenneth, the NBC page), and the show's writers, made for one very smart, funny season.
I have to question, though, why this is going to be priced so high? Is NBC trying to make up for lost ad revenue from its year in the ratings cellar at the expense of the loyal viewers it had? Too bad - I'll have to wait for the price to come down, but at least this show will be worth the wait. "
