U.. S. comic EDDIE GRIFFIN is facing legal action from a member of a TV crew who claims to have been assaulted by the star.
Vince Beane has filed papers at Los Angeles Superior Court accusing the stand-up comedian of attacking him on 10 March (08). At the time of the alleged incident, Beane was working as a production manager on a pilot TV show starring Griffin, and he claims the star flew into a drunken rage when he discovered he had been booked into a 'cheap three star hotel' - allegedly taking his anger out on Beane.
